hi i recently had some &lt;b&gt;malware&lt;/b&gt; and now my control panel is missing can u plz help i am running windows ME on a dell latitude,... also, i have a problem with the cursor moving around on its own - is there anything i can do to help that &lt;b&gt;...&lt;/b&gt;
