Gates: Microsoft won't haggle with Yahoo (CNN.com)

SEATTLE, Washington (AP) -- Microsoft is not privately haggling with Yahoo over the software maker's rejected $31-per-share buyout offer for the slumping Internet pioneer, Bill Gates said in an interview.
